RAAAAAAAANDY!

Stand up comedy used to be such a huge part of my life. I remember all through my childhood always finding this weird identifying feeling with the words and actions of people on TV and in movies. Later on in high school when I started finally going out to watch and meet a lot of those people, that feeling stayed the same.

Over the past few, years really, I haven't made much time to get out to see someone bomb or rip up the mic though. Seems like I've been working every weekend and Tuesday for the looongest time, and keep telling myself that I'll have to try and do something about that. It's my own fault, I s'pose, but I think I really am overdue, so maybe the coming year will put an end to it. If you haven't already, go out and see some live stand up. When it's done, try and hang around and get to know your favorite comics, you'd be amazed how normal they really are. Yep, no foolies. You probably have a lot more weird stuff in common than you'd think.
